Where Professional Content got Unapologetically Female

When LinkedIn tapped Tool to bring their presence to the all-female, Create & Cultivate 2025 Festival in Los Angeles, the assignment was clear:
Show ambitious women that LinkedIn isn’t just for résumés—it's where their content belongs.

So we built the LinkedIn Content Café, a retro-roadside-meets-West-Coast-barista fantasy designed for founders, side-hustlers, creators, and everyone who came to hear Doechii shut down the mainstage.

This wasn’t the expected LinkedIn.
This was LinkedIn on glow-up mode.

THE CHALLENGE

Women love the community and opportunity of LinkedIn, but many still wonder:

“Do my videos belong there?”
“Does my vibe fit?”
“Is anyone even watching on LinkedIn?”

Our job was to kill the hesitation and replace it with confidence.
No lectures. No corporate jargon. Just a beautifully built, endlessly capture-able space that empowered women to show up professionally without dimming the creative energy they bring everywhere else.

THE LINKEDIN CONTENT CAFÉ

A brand space disguised as the cutest roadside café you’ve ever stumbled into.

We created a 20’ x 30’ micro-destination inside the festival’s Connect Garden—designed for maximum traffic and maximum content creation.

The Content Café delivered:

  • A retro roadside aesthetic: Palm Springs pit stop meets Gen-Z CEO energy. Summery, nostalgic, and instantly in the festival’s visual language.
  • A perfectly designed content backdrop wrapped in a café concept.
  • A “menu” of creative prompts to help guests say something meaningful on camera.
  • Branded bottled drinks, enamel pins, and “Special of the Day” giveaways that made the booth feel both premium and playful.

This was not a sponsored booth. This was an organic content engine.

BA’s welcomed each guest like a barista greeting a regular. Every entry included:

  • A quick POV on why video belongs on LinkedIn

  • Themed giveaways
  • A warm hand-off into the content flow

Guests browsed the café-style “content menu”—bite-sized creative starters designed to unlock genuine, confident, badass professional video moments.

Naturally lit, beautifully styled, and guided by a content-savvy BA keeping confidence high and takes tight.  Everyone walked away with a polished clip and a CTA to post it on LinkedIn.
