AI-IN WORK DAY

A day designed to close the workplace AI skills gap.

THE EVENT

A one-day hybrid experience at LinkedIn’s HQ in San Francisco bringing together press, creators, and professionals for a deep dive into AI at work.

Built around a simple insight: professionals feel overwhelmed by the rapid changes of AI — and LinkedIn needs to be the place that gives them clarity, confidence, and credible guidance.

MAIN STAGE

The centerpiece of the day: keynote from LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky, fireside conversations, insights from industry leaders, and live walk-throughs of how AI is reshaping work. The stage was designed as a geometric, layered, visual anchor — transforming the space, introducing energy, and creating a camera-ready backdrop for livestream and press.

INTERACTIVE DEMOS

Tool built seven custom demo environments, which gave attendees a hands-on way to explore LinkedIn’s AI tools.  Each demo used a modular scenic system: consistent form, individualized styling, and a touch screen to showcase the selected AI tool.

A selection of brand partners — Microsoft Copilot, Magic Patterns and Canva AI Magic Studio — also had a presence within the space, and showcased practical use cases for AI in the workplace, from content creation to productivity workflows.

All demos were strategically positioned to display a mix of LinkedIn Premium AI tools and the partner stations, so that guests had an opportunity to engage with either option in any given space. All demos had LinkedIn or partner experts to walk guests and media through the experience, in addition to opening the floor to one-on-one interactions.

ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL

Tool designed every touchpoint — from registration to headshots, catering to signage — as part of one connected system. Each element carried the same visual language and level of craft, creating an experience that felt unified, premium, and intentionally LinkedIn.
