Toyota – Don’t Mention It

22Squared came to Win with a brief for a 30-second spot that would use relatable, character-driven comedy to position the 2021 Toyota Highlander as the “perfect car for the not-so-perfect family.” The biggest challenge that Win and the production team encountered was how to find a cast of three kids who could nail the comedic timing the script required. Once they found their cast (after extensive callbacks), Win and the team shot the complete spot in one day, gathering a variety of comedic one-liners that they could later narrow down to the best options in post.
