A short film that leverages an AI pipeline and creative techniques such as DeepFake. Sigma_001's teaser debuted at the Cannes Film Festival - Marché du Film. This was featured in the LA Times as well at AI LA’s short film series at Sony Pictures Studios.
The film is about an engineer (John D. Michaels) at a major tech company who sneaks a skeptical journalist (Maria-Elena Laas) inside to interview what he believes is the first sentient AI (Chase Simone).
