CAPTURING THE CONVERSATION ACROSS AI EVENTS

CoreWeave is responsible for building the essential cloud infrastructure powering the AI revolution – providing the compute on which the highest performance frontier laboratories rely. Coming off of their blockbuster IPO, CoreWeave wanted to go beyond a B2B moment, and turn heads across the industry. We partnered to create a design system and event strategy that captured their core values, while working across multiple events and scales throughout the year.

Tool helped to establish a new language for how the brand shows up and shows off in the real world, creating a physical expression of their brand language for the first time. We built a booth that acted as a non-stop social engine for content creation and a brand platform, with a flexible, modular, and scalable design.

MAKING A STATEMENT
(AT AIs BIGGEST MOMENT)

Nvidia GTC

The first step was creating a landmark booth to debut at Nvidia’s GTC conference, “The Superbowl of AI”, that made a strong statement in a noisy field. We created a double-decker show piece to tell the full-stack story of their offerings, as part of a unified and interconnected system. Helping Coreweave as they repositioned their brand from purely hardware and infrastructure, to the more expressive promise of the innovations powered by their technology.

Featuring 8 custom built demo pods, museum showcases for frontier GPU chips, a podcast studio, a conference rooms hosting a constant parade of high value VIP meetings, and  a real-time AI mirror transforming guests into fun characters from the CW universe. 

An epic LED theater  wrapped seamlessly around 3 sides of the structure – facilitating expert talks, and monumental brand statements within a continuous gesture[Variety + People]

A SOCIAL ENGINE 

Alongside our podcast studio, we also created 12 quick turn social video pieces to post live throughout the show, with our woman-on-the-street talking to guests about the power of AI.

CoreWeave owned the conversation at the most important Ai event of the year, taking over the whole city, standing out on the show floor, sponsoring the beer garden and treats, and throwing 3 days of parties in the evening that brought the community together.

A clear stand out at the conference Jensen Huang even came by and signed our reception desk.

AN EVENT IDENTITY FOR EVERY SCALE

CoreWeave looked to create something instantly recognizable and ownable that could scale across different kinds of events. We developed the physical and material identity for the brand to come to life in 3d space – with interactive elements that are reusable across shows from deep product demos to fun and funny AI transformation.

So using the core language we designed both the 30’ x 30’ 2-Story booth for Nvidia GTC, and a 20’ x 20’ single story expression of it, which could be used across smaller conference footprints, including Human X and SuperComputer ‘26.

The smaller version utilized the same language of the fins, now suspended overhead, and reused the demo pods, theater set up and AI wall, for a more efficient and equally impactful presence - with a consistent operations model that could be easily spun up again and again.

THE GESTURE

The event design package uses materials, structure and light to express the of precision, interconnection and transparency at the core of CoreWeave. As you move around the booth the surface shifts and transforms with your perspective shifting from precise individual components, to suddenly appearing as a single soft surface alive wit motion and energy.

The key statement was made by a series of 248 translucent fins that rotated to create a dynamic gesture seeming to flow and float in the space above the booth. With programmable lighting behind them showing through, the surface came to life with energy tying together the content on screen and ambient visualization above.

With a flexible demo software system that can show the full range of CoreWeave offerings across large and small footprints.

A BRAND THEATER

Our massive 3 sided LED screen acts as an architectural cornerstone to the booth, with two modes for Brand & Presentation. Speakers could easily present their slideshows nicely framed with bespoke branding to audiences in the booth.

The rest of the time the screen acted as a brand platform, with content flowing across all surfaces, as an ongoing playlist of customer statements, beautiful brand bumpers, key product launches, schedule & announcements, and hero films featuring Astin Martin and Chance the Rapper. 

REALTIME AI WALL

To show off their partners and the capabilities Coreweave supports, we created an AI mirror that instantly transformed guests on the conference floor into fun CW branded characters, using Decarte.ai’s real time Lucy 2.0 model. – An advanced real time world model for generating live video 

As a part of their “Ready for Anything” Campaign”, guests could step up to the wall and “Become Anything”, transforming into a robot, quantum Jelly, or a skeleton with a hat, each symbolizing a key industry CW supports from Science and Health, to Automotive and Aerospace.

We created a series of 6 CoreWeave characters. Guests quickly scanned a QR code and could choose a character on their phone, then  receive their video to share online. 

PROGRAMMING, POSTING, & PODCASTING

Across 4 days the booth acted as a hub for creating content as a real-time social engine for the brand. With man-on-the street interviews, a jam packed schedule of talks, and living podcast studio, the booth generated constant conversation and reasons to come back through out the show.

AN EXCLUSIVE VIP MEETING FLOOR

CoreWeaves presence drove both conversation and impressive business results, with an exclusive stair leading to the second floor conference room and lounge, hosted a constant stream of high impact customer meetings. In a private  and otherworldly sanctuary bringing clam and focus in the hum of the event
